Going to Liquidation!

Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas to everyone! Have you been you good kids and worked hard, or have you been naughty and kept your employees’ salaries to yourself? Well, for both cases, guess what Santa has brought straight from court!

Employees vs Qtrax

For those of you who can’t read Hebrew, this document is stating that Qtrax Global Distribution Ltd will be liquidated by The Tel-Aviv District Court. The Official Receiver in Tel Aviv will be the temporary liquidator and he will gather up the creditors.

In short, Qtrax is going down. this is the first domino block falling, the bottom card being pulled from the pyramid, however you want to call it. Or, like the Wizard of Oz said: “Oh, you liquidated her, eh? Very resourceful!”.

Why Do You Think YOU Will Be Any Different?

It’s been 123 days since Allan Klepfisz promised Lauren Davidson from The Telegraph, that Qtrax employees will be paid with most of the debt “in the coming days”. Obviously, that didn’t happen. But there’s more than that.

I suggest you read the recent Facebook post written by Qtrax former employees. Allan Klepfisz promised to pay the employees until the last penny. He hasn’t done so, Qtrax hasn’t done so.

Qtrax didn’t pay its suppliers. Qtrax didn’t pay its own employees. Do you think Qtrax will pay you?

Allan Klepfisz hasn’t kept his promise to his own employees. Do you think Allan Klepfisz will keep his promise to you?

Well, if to use a quote – “Some people are immune to good advice”.

Would YOU Leave Unclaimed Mail in the Post Office?

What person leaves mail unclaimed with the post office?
A person that hides from something? Or every common person, that has nothing to worry about?

Why then Allan Klepfisz uses various version of the same office address? Why doesn’t he claim his mail, and leaves the post office to return to sender?

Maybe because its “OUTSTANDING CHECKS ISSUED TO VENDORS” (twice), or “REFUNDS DUE FOR UTIL SERV NOT FURNISHED” or maybe just “AMTS DUE FOR UNDELIVERED GOODS/SERVICES”. Maybe….”CREDIT BALANCES ARISING FROM LOANS”….
Check out the links below, at least that what they suggest. Let me count:

One unclaimed mail

Two unclaimed mail

Three unclaimed mail

Four unclaimed mail

Five unclaimed mail
